Would not recommend. Would not ever work with her again. I felt she was not working towards our best interest in selling our property. She never even contacted us after closing because she knew how upset and unhappy we were with her performance as our agent.ADDED AFTER RESPONSE:Priscilla, I'm editing my response because of your response. To address a couple of things and make a couple more FACTS know. You were not helpful at all. You "responded" to what you wanted to respond to and didn't respond to other items. You allowed the buyer agent into our home for over 2 hours after the offer was accepted. We questions this with you many times that day while this was going because we could see it on the cameras. Which turned into another negotiations because the agent was supposed to be there to take a picture of the well system which had nothing to do with going inside the house. We made it clear to you that the low price offer was being accepted but we where doing nothing else. The buyer did come back wanted $5500 for drainage. Now as an experienced agent like yourself, you should of stepped in during this process, which you failed at. Also this "moisture" was noted after a total flooding of the surrounding areas and the inspector could make it the cabin the day before due to weather. Which is another time you should of stepped up. We suggested a counter offer where we all "helped" out, this offer was never submitted to the buyers agent, which you said "I'm waiting for a response he is in church". Never heard another word after that. When asked about this later on, you informed Jennifer "oh that's not something I get involved with".Also your commission was 7%, 1.5% above state average. Then on top of that, we had to pay another $750.00 at closing for a processing fee for your agency. And my final comment regarding you reaching out to congratulate after the closing......you didn't, we have the text messages to prove this. We sent you a message because we noticed people at the cabin on camera, we asked you if the closing had happen. (because the day before you where asked what time the closing was and you had no idea). You responded with the "the closing happened and congrats"All in all if I could rate my experience with you I would give zero stars.
